1. Eligibility
You must be:
- 18 years or older
- Capable of entering into binding contracts
- Using the platform for lawful purposes only
2. Role of What Next
What Next acts as:
- A facilitator for bookings between Users and Vendors.
- A service provider for experiences that What Next directly hosts.
- A payments intermediary handling user payments and vendor payouts.
We do not control or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, timing, or execution of Vendor-run experiences.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors on What Next are independent businesses. They:
- Are solely responsible for creating, managing, and delivering their Experiences
- Set their own refund/cancellation policies
- Must represent their workshops truthfully
- Are responsible for safety, legal compliance, and venue readiness
- Must ensure timely communication with attendees
Any dispute between a user and a vendor will first be addressed directly between them. What Next may assist, but is not obligated to mediate.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Ensure they meet any workshop prerequisites
- Arrive on time at the correct venue
- Respect safety guidelines provided by hosts
- Follow any age/skill restrictions if applicable
5. Payments
- All payments are collected by What Next via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- What Next charges a platform fee for bookings.
- For Vendor-run experiences, What Next transfers the vendor’s earnings after deducting:
- Platform fees
- Applicable taxes (GST/TDS)
- Refund adjustments (if any)
6. Booking Confirmations
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Successful payment, and
- A confirmation email/SMS is sent to the user
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds and cancellations depend on the Vendor’s policy for their workshop.
- For What Next–hosted workshops, the refund and cancellation rules are outlined in our Refund Policy.
- What Next reserves the right to modify or cancel an event (rare). In such cases, users will receive a full refund.
8. Platform Access
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform:
- For updates
- For technical issues
- For policy compliance
- At our business discretion
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, text, graphics, UI, and designs on the platform belong to What Next and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
10. Liability Limitation
What Next is not liable for:
- Injury, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from Vendor-run experiences
- Actions or negligence of Vendors
- Loss of data, payments delays, or technical glitches beyond our control
Our total liability, for any cause, will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific booking in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Panchkula, Haryana, India.
